Covered Bridge Trails
We are a residential neighborhood of single family homes on beautiful wooded lots located in Crystal Lake IL. Just 2 miles north of downtown Crystal Lake and the Metra U/P Northwest line.

Homes are on roughly half acre lots with most having been built in the 1970s.
​
The neighborhood is anchored by our own private park that we maintain with annual dues. The park is where we hold most of our events.

05/19/2022 - Summer Mosquito Spraying Schedule
Mosquito spraying starts June 9th. It is always in the evening and typically after 10p. If there is rain then they will spray the next evening that weather will permit.

Checkout the new CBTHOA forum feature on this site. It is ad free and only for CBTHOA members. The goal is to provide a better way to communicate than Next door. Be sure to check the notifications box and add your email in the profile when you sign up. Also, there is a section in the profile for adding something about yourself. At a minimum please add your name, street name and the year you moved into the neighborhood

Dues notices went out this month. Please be sure to pay on time.
01/22/2022 - Annual CBTHOA Meeting
The annual CBTHOA meeting will be held at Nunda Township Hall on February 17th 2022 at 7:30 PM. The Hall is located at 3518 Bay Road, Crystal Lake, IL 60012. We will discuss the upcoming 2022 budget and take comments and suggestions.
10/08/2021 - CBT Needs Your Help
We hope you have been enjoying the social events that have been held for our neighborhood over the past many years. Typically this has all been managed by a few industrious individuals. We want to lighten the load as doing all events can be a lot. With that said we are looking for individuals or teams of friends to take on specific events and make them your own. It is fun and rewarding to organize an event in our neighborhood. You may also find that involving your kids in the process to be a great way to spend time with them while learning how to organize an event.

3/13/2021 - A reminder to all residents of Covered Bridge Trails
Per the By-Laws, all trash cans, boats, and trailers should be stored out of sight from the road. This has been a longstanding rule since the first homes were built. At one time this was not an issue in our beautiful neighborhood. Everyone was able to abide. Please be considerate and make an effort to remove these items from view.
